El rol del CIO en la Transformación Digital “Protagonistas de la Transformación Digital” – EOI

El segundo evento de “Protagonistas de la Transformación Digital” de la Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI)  tiene como tema central el rol del CIO (Chief Information Officer) en la transformación digital. La digitalización ha cambiado de manera muy importante el papel que desempeña el área de Sistemas en las empresas y las formas en las que los profesionales del área aportan valor al negocio.

Los temas a tratar son la migración al cloud de las infraestructuras de sistemas, la implantación de metodologías ágiles, DevOps, ciberseguridad, el cambio en los modelos económicos de OPEX y CAPEX y de cómo organizarse para la nueva era.

Temas que impactan de manera importante en la flexibilidad, robustez, seguridad y escalabilidad de las infraestructuras tecnológicas, al mismo tiempo que permiten a la empresa aumentar la velocidad de lanzamiento de nuevos productos, servicios y negocios al mercado.

The role of the CIO in the Digital Transformation «Protagonists of the Digital Transformation» – EOI

The second event of «Protagonists of Digital Transformation» of the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI) has as its central theme the role of the CIO (Chief Information Officer) in the digital transformation. Digitalisation has significantly changed the role of the IT area in companies and the ways in which IT professionals contribute value to the business.

The topics to be addressed are the migration of systems infrastructures to the cloud, the implementation of agile methodologies, DevOps, cybersecurity, the change in the economic models of OPEX and CAPEX and how to organise oneself for the new era.

Topics that have an important impact on the flexibility, robustness, security and scalability of technological infrastructures, while allowing the company to increase the speed of launching new products, services and businesses to the market.
