Jornadas sobre la nueva regulación de la ordenación del territorio y urbanismo en Andalucía

El próximo 8 de marzo se celebran las jornadas sobre la nueva regulación de la ordenación del territorio y el urbanismo en Andalucía, en las que se intentarán introducir y explicar la nueva Ley 7/2021, de 1 de diciembre, de Impulso a la Sostenibilidad del Territorio de Andalucía.

El evento, organizado por el Instituto Arévalo y COSITAL Sevilla, se impartirá de forma presencial en Salón de Actos de la Facultad de Derecho de Sevilla, tendrá inscripción gratuita obligatoria hasta el 4 de marzo desde el correo ica@us.es

Sobre los organizadores

El Instituto Universitario de Investigación Clavero Arévalo es uno de los Institutos de investigación de carácter jurídico más antiguos de España. El Instituto, integrado por más de treinta doctores pertenecientes a la Universidad de Sevilla y otras Universidades españolas, tiene como fin organizar y desarrollar actividades de investigación aplicada en el ámbito del Derecho Público, con particular atención al Derecho Administrativo. También ejerce tareas de formación, así como de difusión especializada en el ámbito del Derecho Público. Igualmente facilita la asistencia a investigadores nacionales y extranjeros para la realización de estancias de investigación en la Universidad de Sevilla y tiene firmados convenios de colaboración con distintas Instituciones y Universidades, tanto nacionales como extranjeras.

En cuanto a COSITAL Sevilla (Colegio Oficial de Secretarios, Interventores y Tesoreros de Administración Local de Sevilla), colectivo de profesionales que trabajan en los Ayuntamientos y demás Corporaciones Locales de España con el fin de modernizar los ayuntamientos españoles y a la simplificación de los procedimientos administrativos.

 

On 8 March, a conference will be held on the new regulation of spatial planning and urban planning in Andalusia, which will attempt to introduce and explain the new Law 7/2021, of 1 December, to promote the sustainability of the Andalusian Territory.

The event, organised by the Arévalo Institute and COSITAL Seville, will be held in person in the Assembly Hall of the Faculty of Law in Seville, and free registration is compulsory until 4 March at ica@us.es.

About the organisers

The Clavero Arévalo University Research Institute is one of the oldest legal research institutes in Spain. The Institute, made up of more than thirty PhDs from the University of Seville and other Spanish universities, aims to organise and develop applied research activities in the field of Public Law, with particular emphasis on Administrative Law. It also carries out training tasks, as well as specialised dissemination in the field of Public Law. It also provides assistance to national and foreign researchers to carry out research stays at the University of Seville and has signed collaboration agreements with different institutions and universities, both national and foreign.

As for COSITAL Seville (Official Association of Secretaries, Auditors and Treasurers of Local Administration of Seville), a group of professionals working in City Councils and other Local Corporations in Spain with the aim of modernising Spanish City Councils and simplifying administrative procedures.
