El calendario de eventos de Sevilla para el mes de marzo destaca por la presencia de citas científicas nacionales e internacionales. La Sociedad Española de Terapia Genética y Celular celebra su Congreso Bienal en la capital, al igual que el Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Técnicos Agrícolas de Andalucía Occidental quien reúne a profesionales europeos en ámbito de la Sanidad Vegetal en unas jornadas que acumulan 16 ediciones. El simposio internacional IWHOD sobre metodos de investigación del VIH y Hepatitis también se realiza desde Sevilla en su vigésimo cuarto encuentro profesional.
